Eureka is popping-up again at Bernhard Mairinger’s, BierBeisl on February 20th for Flynn McGarry’s winter menu of snacks and eight courses as well as desserts by guest Pastry Chef Josh Graves of Ray’s and Stark Bar.
The price for the night is $160 per person which includes tax and gratuity. Wine, beer and beverages will be available for purchase at BierBeisl.
There will be two seatings, one starting at 7:00 p.m. and one at 8:00 p.m. (The meal lasts between two and half to three hours.) Seating is limited to thirty five. Parties are for four and two with a party of three available at the bar. If you receive a confirmation for the night, we will then email you and/or your guests a paypal link. “Remember that pint-sized chef Flynn McGarry that hit the pages of the New Yorker before hitting puberty? Well, he’s launching his pop-up called Eureka over at acclaimed Austrian restaurant Bierbeisl in Beverly Hills starting January 30. And he’s charging $160 a head. Sure beats allowance.
McGarry is known for staging with some of the world’s best chefs, including Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park and the NoMad in NYC) and Grant Achatz (Alinea, Next and the Aviary), and at a very young age.”

On Wednesday, 12th of December 2012 6 chefs cooking together 6 courses and celebrate the flavors of the season. Chef Bernhard Mairinger will be one of the kitchen takeovers this night. Each chef creates a course that celebrates their personal style and incorporates local flavors of the season. Guests can enjoy a unique dining experience and sample cuisine from various chefs in the area. Event includes a six course tasting as well as reception with tastings from Abigaile brewery.
